The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the following          
at the request of Representative Green, Chair:                                 
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 170                                                            
"An Act relating to interference with the rights of physically and            
mentally challenged persons; and relating to service animals during            
their training period."                                                        
                                                                               
HB 170 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the            
Finance Committee.
